Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel your Lummi Plus subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Lummi, then tap Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my data?+
Open the Lummi app, go to Settings, and tap ‘Reset All Data.’ This permanently deletes all your reading logs, preferences, streak data, and journal entries from your device. If you use iCloud sync, the data will also be removed from your iCloud account.
What is Lummi Plus?+
Lummi Plus is our premium subscription that unlocks additional reading plans, Streak Shield (protect your streak when you miss a day), guided journeys with reflections, and milestone badge sharing. The core reading experience — daily passages, streaks, and free plans — is always free.
What devices are supported?+
Lummi is available on iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. Your reading progress syncs automatically across your Apple devices via iCloud.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Lummi stores all your data on your device and in your private iCloud account. We don’t have our own servers or databases. Journal entries are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We never sell or share your personal information.
